This would never happen in our state! Our food inspectors are meticulous, and sometimes picky about very small issues.

A KFC not too far from me was forced to close not once but twice within three months. due to food hygiene issues. About 10 years ago.

Now you are talking and as you know years ago eating meal worms was the thing but they are very low in nutrition so it was another in vogue nonsense however clean home bred roach’s are high in nutrition and when you have girl friends over for tv night to watch The Kardashians or book club to discuss a Kardashian book in other words typical women’s stuff do not rule out chocolate covered roach’s .
A friend has a food truck and easy as can be to keep roach , vermin free but restaurants are not because just the fact that they are structures which do not move presents problems add trash dumpsters behind them .
Here due to weather which is for most part Tropical environment ( not last 2 days ) they are at constant war with roaches .
I personally enjoy a nice bowl every am of bran cereal with roach’s .
Another plus is why spend extra money on sausage or pepperoni when you order pizza because in some places the delicious roach’s are free .

According to Vice, more than forty-one restaurants in the city have been cited for roach infestations in the month of March alone. And out of those four one facilities cited by officials, eight of them were subjected to immediate emergency shutdown orders.
This follows a round of citations and closings when thirty-one restaurants in Miami were cited for roaches at the end of January this year, during this period two restaurants were shut down.
Of those reviewed and cited, Ventura Restaurant was reported to be the most severely infested, with inspectors discovering “approximately 100 live roaches walking on plates stored on shelves by a three-compartment sink in the kitchen area.”
According to the Miami Herald, “Catering to Kids,” which specializes in food for the younger set, was caught multiple times with the bugs. They were closed on Feb. 17 after “approximately 35 live roaches” were found. Those cockroaches were discovered on the kitchen floor, underneath sinks, inside an oven and behind a table used for food prep.
And even though they were closed for it, more roach activity was discovered in checks of the restaurant on February nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first.
And at North Miami Beach’s Island Delight Pizzeria, the cockroaches were literally climbing the walls.‘’
Truth is doubt it was water but truly delicious as makes those hot dogs bit crunchy and brings out the taste

Yep. Ovo-lacto vegetarian. Eggs and milk are ok, but eggs are locally sourced and cruelty free. Milk is sourced from free range, small farms, but I don’t consume much of either.

It’s a personal research project whilst I decide which is the more civilised.
A year or so ago a woman I know from area think in her 60’s was chatting about dating again .
I refreshed her memory as far as cooking , cleaning up after , hearing complaints all day from her ex husband and told her you WILL be in the same boat so give it a lot of thought as now you enjoy your life why mess it up ?
The few times I have seen here since then she thanks me for opening her eyes .
In your case it is bit different with Amphibians but if I may suggest to stay away from Malaysian toads because you will never get any sleep .
