We didn’t watch it last year but this year yes we will and our entry is good. We would have wone it last year if it wasn’t for the war in Ukraine.

I couldn’t believe that the Netherlands were voted out. I really liked that act. I predict Finland will win :smiling_imp:

I don’t know who decided on the theme of these shows, but I hope that the actual eurovision is a bit less tacky than the semi finals. The sets are just appalling. What was Hannah Waddingham wearing? She looked like a vanilla ice cream in that awful dress.

I thought the Cyprus entry was quite good.

I suspect the set will be the same!

They should have hosted it at the Albert Hall. Liverpool is presumably because of the Beatles?

Not sure how much they figured in the process but…

Liverpool was chosen following a strong city bid process that examined facilities at the venue; the ability to accommodate thousands of visiting delegations, crew, fans and journalists; infrastructure; and the cultural offer of the Host City in reflecting Ukraine’s win in 2022.

Austria.no idea who Edgar is but the song did nothing for me!
The crowd loved Portugal.
I didn’t!
Poland…what I’m missing out on is a good song.
Norway are my favourites but Ukraine have a good song.
We go late I think…
Okay…finally a song I like…from Spain although it sounds Indian to me!

Sweden won…mmm
