Ah, so thatās a drainage box - no I donāt have one but interestingly on my walk this morning I noticed that several driveways do have one. I shall now store the word in my āuseful when a conversation lagsā box in order to amaze people about my drainage knowledge.

Recently came across this thread and realised I had some similar drainage work done on my driveway a few weeks ago.
Driveway or drive, I can call it what I like I suppose, Iām not in the USA and neither in the UK.
Actually called a drainage channel in old Blighty.
