I bet you’re in Idaho and you have your own private driveway

@Azz . Hi. Any reasons why the op can’t upload piccies. As far as I can make out, he’s satisfied TL1 status, which would permit it.

Thanks.

annie idaho?? i dont think so. midwest kinda but not idaho. and the driveway aint private fancy, garbage truck rolls right on it. still got plywood over that hole too

besoeker yorkshire. i still mix up all those place names. grumpy scotsman fits how this thread goes sometimes tho. neat you been around the states

I was assuming it’s a state that must have actual rain to make it an issue big enough for you to worry. Does it rain a lot in Missouri? I remember when we were driving through St Louis past the arch in miserable rain.

There seems to be a lot of yards

Good morning Mr Grovewalker !! Yes, around the States. And a lot of other places - South Africa, Taiwan, China, Libya, Malaysia, Finland - even France ! Mostly on business my field was electrical engineering in the industrial segment. Now you know everything about me from my trouser length to my steel toe caps…

Or metres ?

How many metres in a furlong?

Just over 200 meters.

So what afoot then? a puddle

grovewalker, this is the problem when you try to buy your way out of a situation, a self built “Manhole” with custom flanges for various pipe sizes would have been the sensible solution, you need to think “beyond the box”

Have you considered moving somewhere drier?

besoeker morning. thats a lot of places. electrical engineering sounds fancy. i barely keep the garbage truck from driving in my hole

Plywood will fall apart eventually, but better than MDF.

This could be the answer:

Well then it must be north or south dakota or Nebraska, I hope you aren’t in Kansas…

spitfire beyond the box?? i thought the box was the whole point. brother already ordered one from the yard. manhole with flanges sounds like something else and i get confused easy

Hi Mr G. Good luck with your Holy hole! Yes, a lot of places - just my job. Probably the the most interesting was The Orient Express.

annie you keep guessing states. i still aint putting a town on here. midwest kinda. coffee and plywood this morning
