Today we left Crawley for a long anticipated trip to Brighton.

First stop Whittard of Chelsea, my son, like his dad is very into his coffee and did a little shopping for some ’ luxury ’ beans for the mill.

Next stop our usual window shopping in Weston’s before walking on a few paces and checking out the written work in Quadrophenia Alley👍

How very strange, there’s more than one Chilliboot at large, you couldn’t make it up if you tried!

Putting my money where my mouth is on an entirely different topic I had committed myself to trying an oyster.Dear God, never, ever again will I put a mollusc in my mouth, it was truly awful!
Looked horrible, tasted horrible!

Thank heavens the pub was next door, I can still taste that bloody oyster, and some people actually like them
