This is a fantastic slice of progressive rock with some amazing psychedelic guitar.

Sometimes you can pick something up in a charity shop for a quid that turns out to be interesting. Found a CD called Rabbit by a band called the Billy Nayer Show. It’s basically a guy called Cory NcAbee, and some it is pretty off the wall.

Love that, Graculus. Great fuzz guitar.
He looks a cross between Gene Autry and Michael Stipe singing Supergrass. The mind boggles really.
The chicks look really interested in it all don’t they?

Another band I came across thanks to a £1 CD in a charity shop. The Archie Bronson Outfit.

The '90s started off well with this lot.

Great stuff. A recent release as well. I checked them out. The rest of the album sounds interesting. Found this one by them.

Keep them coming. Great to have new directions to explore and ones forgotten to get reacquainted with.

Tame Impala. One of the better new bands.

Back to normality.

Thanks for the Lemon Jelly. Look like they are worth further investigation.

Love the whole atmosphere of this track and the way it just floats into the distance.

A bit more accessible. Beth Gibbons sounds just like a woman from Portishead… and that’s good.

Think this was the first time I heard them. That was enough to invest in the album.

This is fun, something down and dirty.

Over 40 years ago, abusive language, food, drink more, all flying at the stage, me and my mate seemed to tbe only two there who actually got them and enjoyed it.
I still like Gong…

I posted an ISB song earlier, my favourite band, I have more or less all their albums. I have all this band’s albums as well…

And so do I. First heard them on the Glastonbury album, but I suppose it was Camembert that got me hooked. Saw them on a few occasions and met and chatted with Daevid Allen a few years ago. He told me I was a kindred spirit which pleased me no end. Wonderful stuff. A little bit more maybe…

And from (probably) my favourite Gong album.

Early Here and Now. Part of the Gong family. Lost my copy of Floating Anarchy unfortunately.

Tom Waits. Sometimes, and then sometimes not.

Slight change of pace. I had never heard of this band/individual until a few years ago when I heard this beautiful song on an internet radio station. I have the early albums now, surprisingly cheap for what must be rarities in this country at least.
