Country Music at it's finest

From a Jack to a King - Ned Miller 1957

Woke up with this song in my head.
This is from the era when country singers didn’t have to try to sound country.
They just opened up their mouths , sang and that was all the country you needed .

I am not big on country, but this is the one for me. My parents lived in the town where “that stretch down south won’t ever stand the strain” and this was their song when my dad had a tour in Viet Nam.
