Cooking brisket in oven

Well pleased to report 10/10 from the 3 of us. :clap::clap:. It was very tasty and melted in the mouth.I did creamy mash, carrot batons and cauli and broccoli with it. I let it stand for a little while, then sliced it and put it back in the dish with the delicious gravy, onions and carrots while I did the mash and veg.
