Carnaby Cockatoo sculpture has finally been erected

I travelled to Moora 8 months ago in the hopes of seeing the Cockatoos.*
Newspaper reports were saying that the statue erection was “imminent”.
Not quite.
8 months later they perch atop their roost in Apex Park, Moora.
I will not get to photograph them because I now reside 3,452 kms away in Victoria.
