We used frequency fans. They were normally around 70% to 100% of their power rating. Mind you they were in the region of 2,000 kW upwards…

I just buy the pedestal fans made in China for a ridiculously cheap $17 to $23, I have several (probably too many), they can be set to oscillate or still. I don’t see the need for anything else though I did consider getting ceiling fans fitted years ago.
