Now you have the unenviable task of working out if it is the room cleaner’s or that of the previous occupant. My money is on the cleaner who was seduced by the manager out for a quickie between clean sheets

The question remains what was the nail from. Reminds me of the old joke " why do elephants paint their toe nails red ? So they can hide in cherry trees
