An episode of tying up some loose ends.
What surprised me was the sudden ease at which David Budd was quite happy to divulge his affair with the HS to his boss when he’d been trying to cover things up between them for so long. Plus, that issue is still (so far) hidden from the special ops team. We’ll see what happens there.
I think it’s now something to do with the HS’d ex-aide who was fired, Chanel, and something happening there. But that Longcross chap is still in the frame too I suspect.
On whether Julia is still alive…well, they’ve now had her funeral and buried her so I cannot ever think they’d be doing another Bobby Ewing scenario there.
Can’t wait for next week!

Interesting about the 20,000 fake numbers used for TV and film.
Once they know his number they can then track it and him.
So he needs to change his number pdq!!!

Currently one of my favourite series on tv. I only hope when it ends it will be a sensible, believable end and doesn’t just leave us hanging.
He has Chanel’s number too, I bet he gave her a number of a phone he uses to track people or something sneaky.

Me too. It’s by the same writers as Line of Duty so hopefully we will get a good ending.
I am not sure if l read it on this thread but the last episode on Sunday is 75 minutes long.
Let’s hope it’s not one of those ‘left in the air’ endings!
Yes it is, Angel. I’ve just checked.
I have recorded every episode so far. If it has a ‘proper’ ending I intend to copy the whole lot to DVD, as I’m likely to watch it again in the future (at my age I tend to forget things!).
If it has a ‘left in the air’ ending, I’ll delete the lot!
