One of my favourite songs…
Very true, yes. Muslims complaining all the time about badly done to. If they sorted out their own kind and actually came out of the woodwork to actually DO something about their fanatical religious counterparts, there wouldn’t be so much terrorism. The programme is very lifelike IMO.
Anyway. lets try not to get off topic.
Wrong thread, Besoeker? We’re not talking about that crappy film in here. Where’s the relevance? :confused2:
…anyway, so is she or isn’t she? My money is on no she isn’t.
Me too EZ.
She ,no the actress playing her, sent a Tweet out saying how much she’d enjoyed being in it and thanking people .
What does that tell you ?
I say she is .
Bodyguard. Don’t you get it?
Of course I get it. It’s just a bit obvious to compare that awful Hollywood film to this masterful BBC drama. Plus, that Whitney Houston foghorn-voiced song is one of the worst records ever made.
Saw the film so long ago can’t remember, good song though?
It tells us that she enjoyed playing the part. She doesn’t say she only did three episodes.
See above - and see my previous post. I explained in that.
Another red herring? (the tweet)
At the risk of sending yet another thread into off-topic land, I’ll only comment on the programme we’re talking about.
I wasn’t comparing that film to anything.
According to the writer, in an article in the Mail (which I can’t find right now), she is dead and he decided on that on the simple basis that everyone thinks (as I did) that the star of the film never dies, or if they do it is only right at the end!
You put in that song that has absolutely nothing to do with this drama we’re on about in this thread. I’ve explained that and I’ve explained that I understood the (rather dull) connection.
Why argue further with this?
Chill Floydy
Too many short fuses on the forum here today
And I didn’t argue about anything.
Correct
But the Radio Times cover this week tells a different story .
Didn’t fancy this so didn’t watch it.
