Before the op and afterwards. You can see my smashed bone right out of where it should be, leaning backwards.
I am not a Doctor but as you know there are natural supplements you can take to increase your estrogen .
I take DIM (Diindolylmethane) which is legal sold via amazon and take it because I was a crazy young man thus only proper I remain a crazy old man but over time started feeling rather sane , not as peppy but it is taken by both men / women again not a Doctor but my last blood / urine test the Doctor said results are amazing , I told her the urine sample was from a neighbors 3 year old terrier because my own urine might test for some illegal substances .
Hi, I was sent for a bone scan and prescribed Alendronic Acid tablets, I only take one tablet a week, Yes one a week, and I get another bone scan after 5 years to see if I can come off them or if I will need to stay on them. It was my own damn fault I fell I didn’t have my ice grips on my boots, if I had it wouldn’t have happened.
Oh I wear them all the time, bogeying at the disco, trotting around the supermarket, doing the hoovering and mowing the grass
The title of this thread is misleading, I keep on thinking I’m looking at Bobs Bits!!
Thanks everyone for you kind remarks…Much appreciated…
@Fruitcake well spotted…
Yes it was most likely an Ordnance Survey Benchmark. Between them, pillars and making use of church spires and obelisks etc, there amounts to over 13,000 throughout the British Isles.
When I chose to ‘bag’ trigpoint’s I had to keep it realistic and select those I might have fighting chance of visiting. At 74 years old with a creaking heart I might not have all that much time left…
So I decided to just bag the pillars, and that narrows it down to just 6,000…
Still a helluva lot…
Primarily, I think I’ll just stick to Yorkshire ones where there are about 454, but I have already bagged a couple in Wales, so If I’m on holiday anywhere I might just see what the local terrain has to offer…
Thanks for mentioning it Fruitcake and keep yer eyes peeled in future.
I’ve ear marked a couple of other coastal walks for the team to get there teeth into, so I’ll keep the photos coming…
Hope you and the missus are doing well and keeping healthy…
Yeah, I was surprised too Spitty until I read the title twice…
I gained an artificial hip some years ago and lost an assortment of teeth over the years. Apart from that, I’m still fairly intact, although the manufacture’s warranty ran out years ago
