I think the idea is to make the site more member-moderated, and not have a handful of people who’s job it is to spend every waking hour reading multiple threads to see who’s broken any rules. So as you go up through the trust levels, you get more sweeties, until the final one, TL3, when you get a giant lollipop and a prefect’s badge
