For 11 years on and off, I’ve been building a game called Hunch. It’s funny, because 5 games have come out that have the same core concept, including Word500, but none of them have the features, polish, or seemingly the actual love I’ve put into this game. To be clear: I don’t think any of them ‘stole’ my game, because none of them have the best parts of it: multiple-word challenges, detailed stats, head-to-head races in realtime, and tons of features.
Hunch is not for everyone, but the people who love it have been playing every day for a year, since I released the first web version of it. If you like daily word games, and you want a real challenge, give it a try at https://hunch.game (or just hunch.game). I’d love to hear what you think.
